For 10+ years I've been building sales operations and GTM processes — first at a fast-moving startup in Dublin, then at one of the world's largest professional networks.
At LinkedIn, I've spent the last 5+ years across Sales Strategy and GTM Operations — working on the Enterprise Ads business across EMEA, covering everything from account segmentation and forecasting to executive business reviews. A core part of my work has been driving AI adoption across GTM workflows at scale. Before that, at Ding.com, I spent 3+ years in Pricing and Product Strategy, where I built a rules-based pricing engine and led analytics for digital product strategy and partnerships.
I started AI Sales Advisory because I kept seeing the same thing: small and mid-sized companies want to use AI in their sales process, but they don't have someone internally who's actually done it before. I have. And I want to make that experience accessible to businesses that don't have a LinkedIn-sized budget.
I'm not coming at this from a theoretical angle. I've built these systems, run these teams, and seen what actually works.
Sales Strategy & GTM Operations — 5+ Years (2021–Present)
I've been part of LinkedIn's Sales Strategy and GTM Operations teams, most recently working on the Enterprise Ads business across EMEA. The work spans account segmentation, territory planning, quota optimisation, forecasting, and executive business reviews. A consistent thread has been embedding AI into operational workflows — not as side projects, but as the way the teams actually run. I work closely with Director-level and above stakeholders across sales, analytics, and operations.
Pricing & Product Strategy — 3+ Years (2018–2021)
Ding is a fintech/telecom startup focused on international mobile top-up. I was part of the Pricing and Product Strategy team, where I led analytics for digital product strategy, partnerships, and the annual budget. The most tangible thing I built was a rules-based pricing engine that generated over $1M in annual gross profit. Fast-paced, resource-constrained work — exactly the kind of environment where you have to make smart decisions quickly with limited data.
MSc Business Analytics
Master's in Business Analytics — the foundation for how I think about data, decision-making, and building things that actually work in practice. I also hold a certificate in Strategic and Tactical Pricing from Cornell University.
I'm not here to tell you AI will solve everything. It won't. But there are specific, practical ways it can make your sales team faster, smarter, and less bogged down in repetitive work.
The problem I see most often is companies either going all-in on hype (buying tools they don't need) or ignoring AI entirely because it feels overwhelming. I help you find the middle ground — the stuff that actually makes a difference for your specific situation.
I'm not selling software. I have no vendor partnerships. My only goal is to give you honest, practical advice based on what I've seen work.
I recommend things that fit your team, your budget, and where you actually are right now — not where a vendor wishes you were.
This isn't consulting from a textbook. I've built AI-driven sales processes from scratch and made them work at both startup and enterprise scale.
You know your business better than I ever will. I bring the AI and sales ops knowledge; you bring the context. Best results come from that combination.
